Yoga Instructor Dee Greenberg

Instructor Dee Greenberg has been practicing yoga for 38 years and is certified to teach in the Kripalu tradition. Dee has also studied Vinyasa Flow with Shiva Rea for the past 6 years and continues to study with her on a regular basis. Other influences include Kundalini Yoga and the teachings of yoga master Shri Dharma Mittra. Previously in the entertainment industry, Dee who is a resident of Arlington, MA teaches yoga as her full time vocation at her privately owned studio, Om City Yoga in Cambridge, MA.

She also teaches private classes, seeing students one on one and focusing on creating customized yoga sessions to meet individual needs. Dee's philosophy is that the yoga practice is a tool for personal transformation. Whether you desire to lose weight, become fit and strong, gain confidence or let go of a destructive situation or habit; yoga provides the tools to make that dream a reality. Through a diligent yoga practice, Dee has transformed her own life and is eager to share these tools with others.

Dee Greenberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in teaching from the State University College at New Paltz. She has worked in the fields of Web Site Design, Biotechnology and the entertainment industry.
