aged 5 - 12.
Pre-registration highly encouraged.
Adults $10.00 with pre-registration - Kids $5.00 each
You must pre-register no later than Friday Jan 25th
to get the discounted rate.
We are accepting drop-ins at the door.
Adults - $13 and Kids $7 each at the door.

welcome NEW INSTRUCTOR - Charlotte Ott to Om City Yoga!
Join certified instructor
Charlotte Ott of Chelmsford, MA for a one-hour retreat from your day-to-day
activities. Family Yoga offers an opportunity for the entire family to
strengthen self-confidence, focus, trust, and teamwork. The class will
incorporate team-building activities, listening games, traditional yoga
postures, partner yoga and Thai massage. Charlotte's light hearted attitude
creates a welcoming and fun environment for families.
Charlotte Ott, mother of 3 has been
practicing yoga for more than 10 years.
She is Kripalu certified and currently studies with Shiva Rea.
She is additionally trained to lead circus yoga and to teach yoga to kids.
Charlotte currently teaches yoga to high school aged kids as well as families
and adults.
