This workshop will focus on giving you some tools to begin an "at home" practice that you can do with confidence to create balance in your daily life.

Includes: gentle stretches, guided relaxation, breath work, chakra awareness, energizing yoga posture sequences, weight bearing exercise, core strengthening and deep relaxation.

Workshop Fees: $20 if Pre - registered by Friday Feb. 1st. $25.00 drop in day of the workshop. Mixed level class Beginner / Intermediate.    REGISTER NOW FOR THIS EVENT
